If you are in the Appliance repair industry (or closely associated trade+), you may be entitled to a trade discount. At Doug Smith Spares, we are very active in keeping our trade prices competitive, because we want our trade customers to be able to rely on us. But price is only one part of it.

We are Authorised Distributors for all Electrolux brands including AEG, Westinghouse, Kelvinator, Simpson, Hoover, Chef, Dishlex, Vintec and Beefeater. Panasonic have appointed us as Authorised Resellers, and we are Official Parts Distributors for Beko. We’re also distributors of Fisher & Paykel, Whirlpool, Haier, Maytag, IAG, Baumatic and LG parts. Our stock holding is extensive and includes brands such as Kleenmaid, Miele, Smeg Samsung, Omega, Bosch, Delonghi, and many, many more.
Our Customer Service Team are well trained to help you identify the parts you require, so that you can get the right part, with as little interruption to your busy day as possible. If you are unsure of the parts you need, just give us a call and we’ll look after it for you. Of course, we will order in any part which we may not have in stock, no matter how small. If it is not convenient for you to visit our stores, we can even organise to send the parts to you.

Trade Product Return Request
We no longer credit any part that does not have the parts return process completed. So, before you return any part to us, whether it’s at the counter or via courier, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. It takes about 1 minute. We will then assess your request, and if it meets our criteria we will issue you a return authorisation number. Unfortunately, goods returned to us without this number can no longer be credited by staff either at the counter or in the warehouse.
Please note – From 1/3/23 we will no longer be accepting for credit any part which was specially bought in from a supplier.
